Our core skills are preparational training and intermediation and facilitation of professional labor for
a) Nursing and care
b) crafts and
c) jobs in industrialized production processes
d) trade and catering.
Demands here are great and will also grow in the future because of aging of the German society and needs for operation, maintenance and
refurbishment of all kinds of infrastructures.
Within our mission it’s mostly about TRUST BUILDING and by that aiming at empowerment and motivity and by that contractual mechanisms between:
1. EMPLOYERS,
2. EMPLOYEES AND
3. AUTHORITIES.
Group 1 contains institutes and organizations, funding providers and clinic managements up to industrial and small- and medium-sized
enterprises particularly in crafts, on construction, catering and trade.
Stakeholder-group 2 in this case means potential migrants, preferred from our first contact countries in Central Asia: Afghanistan, Iran and
Turkey. Those potential employees also urgently ask for efficient planning reliability for building on a right of residence in Germany. As our
students we’re preparing them for their job preferences here in Germany.
Nonetheless they shall also be trained for later if applicable contribute to rebuilding their homeland in leading positions.
The third group within that are authorities in the framework of national and federal down to community administration.
