It is designed for nursing assistants, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. The course covers essential topics such as effective communication with patients and families, cultural sensitivity in healthcare, handling difficult conversations and patient complaints, and stress management for healthcare professionals. By the end of the program, participants will have enhanced communication skills in medical settings, leading to better patient care. Upon completion, participants will receive a Nursing Assistant Communication Training Certificate from EBK Global. The course is priced at €200.
